Default Classic Electric Window Problems

Hi folks, my 94 WRX (import) lay sitting for a week there. I had previously had it in diagnostics mode, and needed a new sensor... So the car left sitting while I was waiting on the new one.

Anyway now the electric windows are very tempermental, for hours they will not go up or down (using any of the window switches on the 4 doors). But ocassionally for 5 minutes they will all work.

The obvious cause would be me accidentally disconnecting a wire under the steering column while attempting to connect the green diagnostics plugs.

Basically I am wondering if there is anything else I should look for? I.e. is there a relay accountable for all the windows? Any other suggestions or info welcome

There will be one fuse and one feed. I'd be inclined to check both for poor connections, corrosion, etc.
