Ratterly Exhaust?

Ratterly Exhaust?
Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with ratterly up-pipe???
Currently running a Full Japspeed system, and it's ratterling from appears to be the up-pipe, everything on the car has been checked. heatshield and anything that has a bolt, when at the garage recently, he changed the middle pipe and back box and it still rattered with his exhaust as well......
When I ordered the exhaust they sent me a classic fitment and the back box was catching which Japspeed exchanged, could the fact that it's from a classic be the main cause
I'm about to scrap the whole system as it's driving me mad
Forgot to say it's fitted to a hawkeye ;

It could be the downpipe as I've seen a japanese exhaust fitted to a newage before and the downpipe sits very close to other parts, the garage the car was at said the fitment of the japspeed was very poor,
