Noticed since having my sports cat fitted the back box has started vibrating against my tow bar beam. I thought it was this, and proved it tonight after work by wedging a stick in between the beam and back box. This stopped the noise but I'm now after a suggestion as to what I can stick there, as I know a stick is not the best idea...

Some exhaust lagging wrapped either around the exhaust/tow bar or both should sort it

 

That would involve tying it off at some pint also I gather. This just needs something sticking to the tow bar beam, approx 4-5mm thick

 

Take it off and have a plate welded to it?

Or move the exhaust down slightly on that side with a sort of dropper off the hanger?
