Anyone know a ballpark fiqure for coating a set of headers and up pipe?

depends on who you use mate, Zirco Tech are brill at what they do. They bloody expensive though, you'll be looking at more than 200 for their performance range.

I also know of a place in bedfordshire that do ceramic coating. They did all my intercooler pipes and did an amazing job. Couple of days later I was with Duncan map tweaking and it was reading 1degree hotter than outside temp while giving it some beans - outside temp was 38. Well impressed
