my boost gauge now wont return to 'zero' when engine off
Well.. my gauge normally or used to return to 0 when the car is off before I take the key out to cut the power. From yesterday I realised it was sitting at around slightly above the '0' around .2 bar!!
I disconnected the vacuum line, now it gone back to where it used to be at '0', then connected back again idle it for 5 mins then engine off, guess what it remains at '0'?? not had a chance to fire it up for a test run yet. Any one know.if this Normal?
When I turn the engine on, it will still do a full sweep, beep, back to zero then sits around -0.55 bar,

It may be the needle possibly as i have had the same issues with apexi,Greedy,& blitz gauges in the past all reading slightly above 0 when engine switched off.
Surprisingly enough the lamaco gauge I now have sits slightly below 0,when switched off.

Oh dear!!! why it returns back to zero when the vacuum pipes gets disconnected?? but after abit of driving on boost, it soon returned back and sits above the zero now..!!! annoyed...
would this mean my whole range of reading would be out?? as i understand it does a full sweep to reposition itself when engine turns on..
