Suggestions on how to remove ARB droplinks
Had to give up earlier doing this due to running out of ideas. I was trying to remove the droplinks with the limited tools at my disposal. My problem is that the nut is just spinning on the thread so I can think of nothing other than cutting it off.
I don't have much space to work in under the arch so i think using a hacksaw would be time consuming and nightmarish, so really that leaves using an angle grinder.......which i've never used but heard enough horror stories about using them in confined spaces by amatures to be concerned of how "up to the job" i would be.
Any other recommendations before I take it down to my mechanic and admit defeat?

Mine has the hex end but the actual nut is just spinning on the thread. Thinking the same as yourself, i actually pulled the rubber boot bit off the droplink and attached a set of vice-grips to the innards of the droplink thinking it would be easier than using the hex bolt as it was pretty useless and rusted.

Front/rear? I always work on drop links from underneath. The comment about taking the rubber boot off. Dont think your talking about drop links. Maybe track rod end or lower ball joint

Mine dont just a nut and bolt. If you have ball type you need to push the threaded part hard into its locating slot use a g-clamp or mole grips keep it in there very tight then undo the nut.
