cars having it's service on friday so i need to get the service parts. it's the 30k / 3yr service. i've got the oil filter and sump washer from subaru. picked up my engine oil. just need the oil for the rear diff, plugs and an air filter.

can anyone tell me what oil i need and any recomendations for makes of spark plugs and air filter?

I should mention that the handbook is amazing it tells you all the oil/fluid types you need

unfortunatly i dont have the handbook, ex went mental and emptied the house while i was away but thats another storey. as for the car being on a 4yr service its a november 07 and it's been dry stored for 10months
