Speedometer Delimiter & KMH to MPH Converter

Does anyone supply theses on here? Its for a 2000 WRX bugeye import.

its possible to do via ECU(delimiter can be turn off via Romraider or Ecuflash) and about the KMH to MPH converter will be probably best buy UK cluster,they're cost £30-£100

Ok, I just need the little black thing that gets attached to the wire between the gearbox and speedo.

If in your area is mapper which can to do via Open Source,he can do this for cheaper(in this i mean delimiter)

About this not sure,i know this work on Classic Subaru on New age not sure.
