Default Suspension problems

my 2002 sti drives fine, but when someone is in the rear passenger seat and you hit a bump the arch rubs / bangs on the tyre, it doesnt happen on the drivers side, so i assume something needs replacing, any ideas please.

Nice one thanks m8, only problem is its not a clunking, or sililar the car completely grounds against the tyre when someone sits on that side, so i take it that means the strut is nackered on that side?
