97 k on a 51 plate, is this too high to buy ?

Default 97 k on a 51 plate, is this too high to buy ?

hi all,

im looking at a car i like the look of, its a 51 plate wrx wagon with 97k miles on it, ive bought loads of cars with high millage but is this abit to high ?

i know there will be ones about with a lot more miles on there back but should i stay clear of this, what do you think ?

any imput welcome

that milage isnt that bad mate as long as there is no nasty whines from the turbo and the usual gear box crunches go for it

With that mileage I'd be wanting at least a FSH with receipts for proof of oil changes etc done at correct intervals.

Also know what your looking for in terms of common problems and check it over fully before parting with any cash.

Mines is a 2003 with 92K and drives like new.

Mostly depends on where car been serviced,if you can go with your car to subaru specialist for AFR test,Compression check and Det test for peace of mind.

I bought mine with 88k miles and we're started modding our WRX.
