Recently purchased the full set of gauges from pros sport incl the oil temp but not yet installed any of them yet, was going to let the specialist do it as I'm **** with stuff like that and would prob make a mess of it. Hope you get it sorted.

fault or incorrectly installed the temp rises gradually as engine warms up.
normal driving doesnt affect it at all.
it shouldnt fluctuate at all.

oil presssure gauge sits around 7 when ticking over first thing then settles to 2-3

when u rev it should go up as ure increasing the oil pressure in the car,and when u come of the accelerator is should drop back down to the above numbers

on my prosport gauges the oil pressure is under the alternator where the original oil pressure sender for the engine goes.
the oil temperature is on the left hand side of the intercooler. it is quite far down and hard to see it has two wires coming off mine as said before the sender replaces a blanking plug on top of cylinder 3.
if you need some pics let me know and ill post them up later

Ok so Ive put my engine back together and......its still not working all the wires have connected property now, it just sits at about 120-130 PSI doesnt move at all was idleing for about 15 mins and it didnt move once, could it be the sender thats plugged into the sandwich plate, I know under the alt is better but this is what was already on it, dont want to get a new sender in case the gauge is bolloxd ? any suggestions?
