its the one with 3 plugs mate, have one on mine but will need to lift the carpet and cover to check the model number unless someone can confirm before.

Think you may also need a boost controller and 3 port solenoid.

It will also need a couple of wires swapping around - cam sensor and fuel relay or may have been crank sensor, struggling to remember!

https://www.scoobynet.com/wanted-18/...l#post10207394 theres a apexi one there mentioned but i would use what you have unless you are fitting parts and needing a remap then the apexi is a option .

So i guess this is a good think then lol...

I have not owned it long but the last owner did say it had a pro drive remap from factory, but thought he may be lying as read on this site that these cars could not be mapped with std ecu, but knew something was on as i have a 1bar boost..

I am hoping to fit a td05 turbo & fmic , so would this ecu be able to be mapped for these mods

no mate sell it on and get the apexi if you wish however there are other options depending on your budget such as simtek ecu or syvecs, first dibs if you decide to sell that ecu please ?? lol
the standard ecu would be a 8s incase you wondered.

prodrive ecu was developed for ppp models and cars had a few minor mods, intercooler,y,pipe and exhaust enhancements, boost up to about 1.1 bar from about 0.8 bar on a 98 and most of all torque is massively improved.
standard ecu cant be mapped or at least not conventionally ,there is a esl board thats been in development for years, but not sure how its getting on. Dave

i believe it is ??? but not definite on that, but such a waste, better to sell it and buy dedicated aftermarket ecu, and cash in on the sp ecu.the standard ecu on 99/00 is mappable via ecutek software, the 98 one isnt ,i have a 98 wagon with a 8s in it and my uk 99 saloon.
search for apexi vs simtek for reasons whu i would go simtek, just my opinion though
mafless options etc
