how can i make my dump valve quieter

 

Adjust spring or change insert

 

My Turbo Smart has an adjusting nut at the top below the pipe, is there nothing at all?

Been recommended to get rid of mine from the mapper as he reckons they achieve nothing. May be going back to OE valve at the end of year if I can track one.
