Question Knock/Clunk sound after fitting lowering springs

Fitted some lowering springs on the rear of my turbo 2000 last week and all was fine. Put the fronts on today and now have a strange knocking sound on the front right hand side when driving along that seems worse when turning right. Also feels like I can feel it through the steering wheel. Don't think the shock as it doesn't become any more apparent when going over bumps (I think) or if I bounce the car by hand on the front. Any ideas as going for remap next week and don't fancy tearing along with something like that going on!
