Default no spark and constant flow of fuel

hi guys, a have recently just re-shelled my 2002 wrx. a swapped every thing over from the written of shell to a completely bare shell. am now having trouble trying to get the thing running. the car turns over fine. but wen the ignition is on the fuel pump keeps priming and priming not stopping when pressure is reached and there is no power going to the coils. any help or ideas on this would be much appreciated because am now pulling my hair out. thanks

ano it is a strange one mate, once the pump has primed for the first time a couple of seconds later you hear the rely click and away it goes again this happens again and again for as long as the ignitions on. you can hear the fuel flowing to the injectors with plenty pressure. it was the ecu that came out the rolled shell. av checked tonight with a test light for power at the connectors for the coils, there a live feed and two earths to each plug, so there is power there but no spark. the wiring is round the right way because the plugs are different for the coils and injectors and the wiring will only fit one way. a also checked the timing aswell and thats bang on.
