Default 0.5 boost on 95 wrx :-(

hi all,
my mate has a 95 wrx and he is only getting 0.5 boost, its pretty much standard apart from:-
td05 turbo
decat stainless
induction kit
there is no leaking pipes and it runs fine other than low boost, what would make the boost so low,
thanks, phil.

has it always been at 0.5 boost since owning the car or just started playing up one day randomly?

Sounds like its running actuator pressure. Is the actuator tight, when pulling arm? as might be slack. Or the penny washer inside turbo unit might be flapping, might need tighten, this again is on the actuator arm.

Is it a three port solenoid? The pipes are the wrong way round are they?

43 is the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
