Question PFC DIY mapping - ignition values

Due to limited access to qualified Power FC mapping services, I'm doing the mapping myself (The engine has survived 50.000 km and several track days, so I can't be doing it all wrong)

To verify that I'm not totally off track, can someone please post their ignition values at

Idle
Cruising
Spool up
Full load
High rpm (6000-8000 rpm)

The stock PFC EJ20K map is heavily modified, as the engine would knock itself to death with it. STI V3 engine, VF29 turbo@1.3 bar, 550 ccm, RCM EL manifold.
