Is this oil suitable in a 2007 STi? I ask as the previous owner was a master tech at Aston Martin and has been using it. He's stated it's very expensive (he's not wrong!) but just wondered what you think? Fast road use and occasional track stuff. Seems to run well on it and I'm getting good mpg figures compared to most others in the same MY.

If you hit the track then a bit of 10w50, a 10w60 is thick as hell really for a scoob as they dont get that hot/or it gets hot and it cant get the heat out of the oil (because its too thick).
