true but he sells them so i dont think he will want to reveal his tricks, if i port the flange that joins to the heads then match the link pipe and up pipe (turbo already done) this is as much as can be done isn it,,.,,,,

I have been told, you, do all joints so take it apart, and port as much as poss as this will help flow, as it'll be smooth.
Don't ask me how as I haven't done it, but this is what I have been told when I had mine done.

sorry misread post thought you were porting heads not sure how you would get some of the joints in the manifold from memory there is a lip on the flange of the oem manifold where they bolt to the head which would be a good place to start
