engine pipework help (pics)

Default engine pipework help (pics)

Engine getting droped back in soon but am confused as to where these these should be conected to?

1)



2)
i followed this one to the front and it go to the carbon canister and is the
smaller of the two that connect to the canister




can some1 please tell me what is running through this pipe when
conected ?? as i need to get a new bit of hose and just want to
make sure i get the right grade.

1 is your vaccum pipe off your fpr,should be connected to a nipple on your inlet manifold.
2 There should be a connector in that area connected by 1 bolt to your inlet manifold,its a purge control solenoid valve,should be green in color with 2 black nipples coming off it.It goes to 1 of them.
3 Is oil return for your turbo.

dose this go here ??


the purge control valve nipple has snapped so guess i will
need a new 1

Thats the 1,but there should be a t piece on the end of that pipe,with 1 going to the nipple and the other for your oem boost gauge.It will be running back by the suspension strut going through the bulkhead.

The broken nipple you can use a soldering iron to "plastic weld" is back on, you need to be very careful with it as it will be brittle

Lost me, "oem boost gauge" ?... There is a small bit of plastic on the inside of the tube like it was connected to a t-piece etc but what do u mean oem boost gauge ... I will look to c what is coming through the bulkhead tomoro as getting dark now ..

Sorry,if you still have your factory boost gauge fitted it will be going to that.

There is no boost gauge on the car so I guess it will plug direct to inlet mani ?
