For sub 500bhp the SC46 is amazing on a 2.5, for anything bigger go rotated and use a Clinic Billet 35R.

I am going for a td05-20G , will see the high side of 370 with very fast spool. If I had the option I would go for a better 20G and aim for 400 or so with the same spool up.

510/450 @ 1.8bar on my stock 2.0sti8 16% meth/v power mix, 483/4** @ 1.7bar v power at SRR... Still on my car car at the moment just thinking of going slightly smaller as it doesn't look like I'll be going larger cc anytime soon... How old is your T?

Sounds like a nice build! The SC50 is a standard fit turbo with a 60mm inlet, what size is the inlet on your T?

What he said!
SC46 is THE turbo to have if you want sub 500 on a 2.5.
To give you some idea: my experience is that it spools better than a VF35 on my old 2.0 and produces 470/480.
If you have a CDB maybe you're going for even more ompf though?

CDB on a 2.5 - ? SCDS or OD, pinned ect, there is alot of talk on turbos on this forum, at some point someone will have to put up a chart with engine type , turbo , 1 Bar @ - RPM , and expected bhp/Tq.
I think for a road car my experience is that the power needs to be on tap just over 3K to 3.5K.
