From: ECU Mapping - www.JollyGreenMonster.co.uk
assuming on original ecu, it probably pulled timing and then dropped the boost..
retarded timing will cause high exhaust gas temperatures and hence orange turbo.
if the car is setup for 99ron and you put 95ron in I still wouldnt expect it to be as bad as that. Suggest you get the car checked.
Other reasons for high exhaust gas temps include cam timing wrong (cambelt jumped) or lean fuelling issues

As above. Before it kills your engine from running too lean and/or detonation.
Seeing that you say the problem disappears after a full tank of fuel I would be looking at a fault in the fuel delivery system or the grade of fuel used. If this problem is repeatable then check the following (in no particular order)....
Incorrect octane fuel for the car's map (especially if a Japanese import)
Fuel pump: Test flow rate at the rail + pressure, check presence of air bubbles when low on fuel, if any issue carry on with the list:
Fuel filters (last changed...when? )
Fuel hoses within the fuel tank (sucking air, or split)
Fuel pick up (if its a aftermarket/uprated pump...is it actually low enough in the tank)
Syphon/jetpump - part of fuel pick up to other side of the fuel tank.
Fuel pressure regulator (within spec and changes with vacuum input)
Of course the full tank of fuel could just be a red herring. And the problem is elsewhere If the problem doesn't come back then this could well be the case or maybe you've suffered the effects Diesel mixed in/ fuel contamination (missus borrowed it by any chance? )

Thanks for the feedback.
The problem has happened on a full tank as well.
Filled it up with Shell V power this morning and the problem was there again.
The timing was definitely retarded I could feel it and the boost was limited.
Turned off the ignition turned it back on and problem gone.
Then new problem ignition still retarded but car making full boost.
Turn off and on then problem gone completely?
It seems very intermittent.
No error codes on the dashboard.
Could it be my air flow meter screwing with the car or even the boost solenoid causing an over boost and then knocking ignition back etc?

Tomorrow im gonna check all my hoses, clean the maf and the boost solenoid anything else i should check? Could the cat be blocked? Not sure as its an intermittent issue. Turbo wasnt glowing when driving light but some people are telling me glowing is normal?
Really confused now!
