Late boost??

Default Late boost??

Been out in the scoob today, let the engine warm up first before giving it any boost, just seems the boost is coming alot later than usual?? any ideas

When is it comming in. Don't forget it will kick in but you won't get full boost till the revs go up and the turbo is spooled.

Hard to tell you what's wrong over the internet, but i would pop the bonnet and check the boost pipes first, intercooler and boost solenoid ones ect.

cheers for the quick replys guys.

well you know when the it kicks in it pins you to the seat... well today it just didnt seem to be happening. it would be like waiting.......waiting........ then just before i change gear.. oh there it is.

Just for référence, how do you check for boost leaks, is it by just physically checking or is there a better way. As my scoob should be back on the road soon, and would like to give her a good check over before hand.. Sorry to slightly hijjack the thread btw!
