Default exceedy clutch, any good?

i need a new clutch fairly soon, just wondering whats good and whats not? Jayar auto parts have an exceedy for £165, also how long a job is it to fit?

The standard STI clutch is Exedy mate and that`s what I`ve just replaced mine with. I had mine fitted in a few hours by a local garage.
