I am in the states and need to up my game regarding mapping. I currently run a map that is good for nearly 300bhp before the stock green label maf sensor maxes out.


I tried getting into contact with ELS. No reply, and a vendor told me that they don't like to have the owners of the hardware have the capicity to map themselves?

Talk to me about Simtec. When you order one, does it come with all the fixings for DIY mapping?


I'm about to throw away the 4 plug and try to convert my v2 to run with a v7 opensource setup. This might prove difficult though.

 

You have to buy the dongle seperate for Simtek.

 

Why not get a Z32 MAF and a power FC?
