Default Help! Check engine light still flashing after ecu reset

As above. I changed my MAF on my MY99/00 classic and reset the ecu as per instructions on JGM website/SIDC. Car runs a lot better now (it was nearly cutting out when dipping the clutch at junctions). However the check engine light is still flashing at a constant rate (every second or so). Has anyone any ideas of how to stop it.
Thanks in advance.

Did you unplug the green and black connectors or are they still connected, sounds like you have left them plugged in.

According to the guide a constant flash (once a second} means everything is healthy.
