The Skylab Torque Split Controller (TSC) works by fudging the signal coming from the lateral G-Sensor in the centre console of the GTR Skyline. I know as I bought one for both of my GTR Barges (R32).

It has the effect, due to the way Skyline sensors work with the 4WD system, of giving more front wheel drive whilst cornering than you'd otherwise get as Nissan's engineers in their infinite wisdom wanted the Skyline to be 'floaty' at the rear when cornering hard. The lateral G-sensor signal reduces the drive to the front when cornering which is great in the dry (less understeer) but not so good in the wet, hence the Skylab TSC helps on wet roundabouts/tracks/etc,.

If you ever manage to fit one to a Scoob, please let me know so that I may eat my hat, as they are completely different systems.
