Default oil cooler upside down

hi all ,want to know what you all think !
in middle of putting on my front mount ,and how its fitted have no room for my oil cooler , could i fit it upside down? ie pipes at bottom , what do you think.

yes the pipes can be fitted at the bottom I did this on my old Evo and Fiat coupe turbo and no issues with cooling and on the fit the cooler came with the pipes on the bottom as standard

Default upside down oil cooler.

Hi bud, i asked the exact same question about six months ago, im sure if you do a search you will find the topic. In the end i had conflicting advice, but i had a good reply from harvey a well respected subaru guru who wasnt keen on the idea. So i decided against it in the end and mounted it behind the front mount but the proper way up just had to make a couple of brackets (rubber mounted) to suit.

Air flow isnt a prob in there either if you worried about that,(i was)
my oil temps are always safe!!!!
