03 plate combo just started to really lack power it's started mis firing to. Stinks of diesel and smoke a lil sorry I no nothing about diesel lol cheers rob

Mine had those symptoms, it was the MAF, i presume its the older 1.7dti Isuzu engine, not the newer Vauxhall cdti engines.

Worth checking the spill pipes on the injectors. They commonly split. There very small pipes that link the injectors together. The end injector will also have a rubber bung on it. Check thats there and not leaking

Please don't laugh anyone checked reciept I put petrol in lol what a **** lol . How it run on petrol?
