Hi there i would don't go with any induction kit on yours, you will need remap for induction kit...
But if you are planning FMIC in near future,i would have look for RCM kit, running this on mine and its just spot on,nothing more, but as i said still its little bit pointless fit FMIC on TD04,if you thinking spend money i would go route of VF35(VF34) and 550cc injectors plus 3-port boost solenoid and then FMIC with induction kit, with these parts you should will see around 330bhp

Best way would be to look at your existing pipework and see what it's supposed to replace. You won't need a remap to fit a slightly higher flowing filter, your car isn't going to spontaneously combust as soon as you start the engine without a remap like some would have you believe, that filter will still be within the standard ECUs correction paramaters. Though you will find that if you do decide to map it early it will give you extra gains on top.

Only thing worth mentioning is although pipes are pipes, being a budget induction kit the cone filter supplied with it will be a cheap £7.50 item. Not a problem initially I've had a few of them, but they are cheap so you might find it's got lots of excessive glue everywhere and will start coming apart at the joins quickly. A future upgrade worth considering could be to replace it with a decent branded filter such as a HKS, K&N, Pipercross or similar.

I've made my induction kit out of various size silicone pipes into a HKS Mushroom filter with a new Simota foam element. Works well and sounds good! Want to get some carbon sheet off Ebay to section off the corner of the bonnet as a heatshield.

The pipe with the mountin boss for the MAF sensor fits to the pipe on the engine, The other pipe goes through one of the holes that the airbox connects to the resinator through the inner wing and the filter on the end of that pipe.

any reviews on these kits as I'm looking at getting one.

I'm aware that induction kits in themselves don't really do much other than sound. And that the filter on the eBay special kits are likely to be lower grade.

I'm really only looking to get one for the noise, as I love the induction sound.
