Where's best to purchase sheilded signal cable for a 0-5v output that will be connected to ecu? Basically I've got an EGT gauge which I need to tap into the signal and run the cable to a special pin on the simtek ecu...it needs shielding though, what gauge cable and best supplier?

Double checked with SPA and they came back with:
(I guess this means i need twin cable which is twisted not that I understand this stuff of 0-5v signal cable but looking at the terminal block to the EGT gauge it has signal, signal + and signal - pins)...
PS I'll start looking for the sticker, cheers buddy.
No the gauge is not important. The type we use is twisted pair with a foil screen and drain wire. Its the best all rounder across the frequency spectrum, and easier to use as you only have to peel of the foil and then insulate the drain wire.
Regards
John.

Thanks John, is there any particular gauge of sheilded cable you recommend?

Rats, just checked with ecu company, I also need 3 core sheilded cable so I can run both gauges as the EGT gauge has signal, ground and +5 volts connectors...anywhere supply 5m of 3 core?
