just rang up scooby clinic as i was looking at there billet turbos, and saw under the twinscroll it said **model:JDM For JDM models only** so jumping at the chance of it would go on mine withough all diffrent mods, i ask about it and he said its for imports and has mine got a rear wiper ect which it has and that mine should be twinscroll after i said no its not, he replyed then again may not because its a early jdm import. I though only hawkeyes have twinscrolls? why is mine not!

 

Your is not V8(blobeye)/V9(hawkeye) and Hatchbacks and only those JDM has been Twin scroll.

Your bugeye is JDM,but still have single scroll VF30

not worth it matey, have to change alot to get it.

if you wanna look at turbos then sc series will be the most cost effective way, you may need additional supporting mods to get best results though

 

Ask Subaru why bugeye is no twin scroll(Spec C has been too single scroll,but has been equipped with VF34 as OEM),but still think on your should nicely work like SC42 or SC46.

I'm running MDX321T and we are made on Methanol 490bhp,yes is it 2.1,but should be nice on yours too

About the converting yours to the twin scroll,you will need TS headers,plus Up pipe and new sump plus dipstick around extra £600-£1000

different size turbos, although lots track of which are TS and not

 

best bet ring Kev at clinic and have a chat, he can advise what the best turbo for your application is, also advise on any supporting mods you may need to remove any limit (injectors, fuel pump etc etc) in your current setup.

OP, if you still want to go twin scroll, then I have a set of twin scroll OEM New Age headers, uppipe and sump/dipstick+tube/OEM baffle plate, for sale.

You'd also need a OEM twin scroll dowpipe - try classifieds on here, or eBay - then your good to go...
