Default Miss fire! AGAIN

My impreza miss firing again, not sure of the problem though as there is no fault codes, could the maf still be at fault cheers wiggy1

92-96 is gauranteed coils gone

its a MY97, only really does it in 4th and 5th gear when on load, and when you come upto traffic lights/stopped the revs seem to dip away down then idle ok for 10secs then revs drop again, so on and so forht

Sounds like a Maf problem, not a misfire.

Misfire is stuttering under load.

Best not to do it, unless you know it's dirty, then use carb-cleaner sprayed on. Don't touch the thin wire.
