Default Starting problems

Hi Peoples,
I have a Typre r 1999,
Having problems starting the car, once started it runs like a dream and all is ok,
Have changed cam sensor,
Checked changed plugs,
Cleaned and added additional earths to engine,
Tried a different starter motor in case to much current being drawn,
Replaced battery,

Not sure what else to check or change any suggestions
Thanks
Chris

It turns over normally, if i turn ignition of then on again some times get a pop or bang turn ignition of and on and then it may start 1st time just very un predictable, Car has a Motec ECU M48. Always starts eventually
