Hi there both exhaust are similar not the same(difference is in the hanger on the backbox and downpipe on New age is slightly longer, not too much, but is it),but will fit in either way(new age exhaust on classic and classic exhaust on new age)

craig5,you need just one cat, preferably Downpipe or Center pipe

So what your saying is that if you put a classic exhaust on a newage you need a classic downpipe?

Yes. Turbo back will fit both. Cat back will not.
