If bumpers an easy fix £5 tops then why not do it before selling it ? Also the guys not too good at spelling so can you trust what he is describing to you on advert ?need to know who fitted the so called 350 bhp engine and does it have the running gear to support this ie brakes,clutch,box etc etc,theres most likely a good oe sti out there for same money mate in my opinion.its not something i would look at but thats me.hth

Plenty of bargains out there mate its defo a buyers market,be patient and the right car will come up mate.
