Default heating issues

hi people i have a subaru wrx turbo my95 import.
now when im driving the car all is well temp is well and heater blows hot air.
but once i stop and let the engine idel the blower starts blowing cold air until i drive again then hot air will begin to blow again.the temp has only got high once so i shut the car down but it just seems to be a issue with the blower,
so could it be a air lock or thermostat any ideas would be appriciated.

Sounds like an air lock.
