What to change to accent the burble of the exhaust note?
Will prefix this by saying I don't know much about cars
I have a RB5 WR Sport which is meant to have the Prodrive goodies added to it, I have a rolling road printout (admittedly not a recent one, 2008) which suggests I have these bits on the car as well:
3" Revolution Decat (full system according to the rb5 registry)
Powertech Induction (no idea what this is!)
ECUTEK remap (paperwork says it was done at Powerstation)
I don't know if I have the exhaust from the WR Sport package or not but googling "Subaru prodrive exhaust" shows "Prodrive" stamped on the top but I don't think mine has that.
No idea how to id what exhaust I have as the previous owner did all the work and i cant find any paperwork for it. Would I just need to get an exhaust (eg blitz nur spec, but not as that's probably too loud) and then a remap or is it not as easy as that?
As I seemingly have already had an ECUTEK remap done, I assume that I won't need to purchase a new licence even if I get it done somewhere else?
I'm after something that burbles nicely while at the same time is not stupidly loud to be disruptive, that too much to ask?
