its been to a few garages now and still cant find the hesitation problem im getting?

Whats is exactly doing, and what have the garages said??

 

put it as short as i can.
when i put my foot down its holding back and missfiring as it revs up over 3thousand revs.
dissconect the maff sensor and it dont hold back at all,took it to subaru they said maf sensor so bought a new 1 from them there and then which wasnt cheap,connected back up still the same so i bought new engine hoping it would solve it and it did ( only drove it a mile or so then it went in for full respray so was off the road for a few weeks,took it back out on the road and the problem is back,holding back when accelarating
