Default What grade oil

Hi, I am just going to get a load of upgrade work done on my 2008 hawkeye, and I was wondering what grade and make oil would be best to put in.
I am looking to get about 360+ BHP out of it when done.
Any recommendations would be appreciated

I would use a really good 5w-40 synthetic .

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS/CFS NT, Motul 300V, Redline and Gulf Competition.

Cheers

Tim

Yup, just put the fuches 5w-40 in my hawkeye. And a great price from oilman. They also do the genuine Subaru oil filters.

Is that a semi synthetic or fully mate?

5-40 fully synthetic. I personally use Fuch Titan pro s race. Millers is very good but pricey.

15-50 is too heavy. Maybe ok for racing highly tuned engines tho.
