Default Inspection oil filter???

http://www.driftworks.com/shop/mih-p...il-filter.html

Going to be servicing the Scooby when the dreaded rain sods off, was just about to order all the bits and came across this oil filter on Driftworks.

Looks like a good idea to me, but has anyone ever used one?? and if so how did you get on with it???

Cheers

Matt

Just changed my oil and filter today. I used a blue print jobby. The one you ask about looks a quality item 45 notes though.

Looks a good idea although I need to look up the filtration specs of normal paper filters to see how this one compares. A washable metal filter medium doesn't always catch really small particals. You could buy 9 or 10 Blueprint filters for the price of this one and hack each open after use to check debris!
