Alright chaps just a quick one my eml came on today i put my foot down a little in 2nd and it came on the car hasnt loss any power or miss firing etc so i know its not the maf sensor im guessing it could be a o2 sensor gone down obvs i need to get it plugged in but thought i would ask on here in case anyone has had a similar thing happen to them its a 2001 bugeye wrx with prodrive pack

You cant guess what it is, you need to have it plugged into a computer to read out the fault code. Could be one of 100 reasons.

The bug ECU doesn't like high revs and throws a camshaft position sensor error.........it should go out after 5 or so starts. Have a search on Scoobynet for the same problem.

Well you was right the light has now gone off happy days saved me a bit of money cheers mate
