Default Restrictor in power steering pipes

Hi. Was wondering if anybody new if there is any sort of restrictor in the power steering hoses??

Don't think there is mate,I've never came across one,I think the restrictor is at the power steering pump mate it should have a single wire coming out of the pump, I think the way it works after you reach a serton speed it cut the power steering off hope this helps mate
