hi people i need some help with my2000 wrx turbo.
i recently fitted a new engine but now i have no spark i have only checked
number 1 plug but there seems to be no spark so car wont fire up.
its not the engine that runs on coil packs per plug but with the ht leads leading from the top of the inlet manifold any help would be much appriciated.the car had a spark before i fitted the new engine but now dont.

Affraid not v1 and v2 cars had a wire tail on the sensor v3on plug strait in to the sensor. I'm unsure on the pulley, I know new age are different from classic. Someone on here will know for definate.

It's the main crankshaft sprocket that the belt runs on that's the problem, exactly what I said in my first post. Swap it over with your original one & hey presto!!
You will have to take the timing belt off to get to it.
