Default Have i blown turbo in 1 week? help me!!

I have a 2006 2.5 wrx hawkeye, had a sc36 turbo, fuel pump front mount etc, had it remapped to 365bhp, drove it the first day and was perfect second day when i put my foot down it overboosted on my gauge and beeped, this happend 4/5 times, when i got home i checked car over, the small vac hose from turbo/actuator was creased in half, once i straighted it out i drove it and perfect didnt overboost, but now every time my dump valve dumps it fires oil out, and im not talking about a little bit a lot! the next day car wouldnt start, the day that it did but struggled and puffed out smoke once started for 5 seconds, drove up road drivers perfect but still chucks out oil, today i took all my intercooler pipes off and dump valve they had oil in so thought id clean, noticed the intercooler rad part has alot of oil in side, Im not mechnic but im thinking did the vac hose make turbo overboost now the oil coming through seals? it did come up engine check light yesterday when i tried to start, codes are p0102 p0113 po118, im thinking tho maybe the amount of oil has made the sensors read wrong, where else can oil come from it has to be turbo?

please help me with this???

Could be coming from the breathers, the fact that she over boosted you may have damaged something, A ring land on a pistion or something

Surely it is not possible that it is in the engine? As the oil is coming from my dump valve? the only inlet before throttle body is air intake through filter? so the only place the oil can come from is through turbo seals? there isnt a way it can come out of the engine back out throttle body?

Mmm there is. Through the breathers into the inlet tract. How much did it overboost? Unlikey the turbo imo. More likely a piston as above.

If youv been overboosting anything could have happened. This needs looking at by a specialist ASAP. I wouldn't carry on driving it until sorted.

I am speaking from experience with my own 2.5 failure.
If the car was over boosting you could have partially melted a piston or broken a ring land due to detonation, thus pressurizing the sump from blow by gasses escaping past the piston, this will then exit the crankcase/heads breathers into your inlet pipe before the turbo.
the turbo then fires this into the intercooler and out the dumpvalve.

I would keep an eye on you oil level if I was you because if this is the case it will be flying through oil and you will be putting possibly a new crank and at the very least main and con rod bearings in it.

As suggested get the car to speacialist tp have it looked at

we blew a turbo on my friends gt4 setting up his boost controller ( over boosting).... oil was leaking from the dumpvalve

you could fit a catch tank to the engine breathers to eliminate crankcase pressure causing oil to go into the intake pipe

Well past two bar! That's way past the capability of the engine and probably the turbo. Why don't you contact Scoobyclinic they will know what the turbo is capable of.

Eeeeeeeeek!

If that's a genuine reading: brace yourself! 2bar plus on std internals = something's gonna break!

Get it to SC right away!

At 2 bar more likely f####d your engine than your turbo. What was it mapped for? 2 bar is too much for the standard engine

it was mapped to 1.5, but as ive said the vac hose from actuator had creased in half so made it overboost, if you start and drive it just not hard it sounds drivers perfect, thats why im hoping its just turbo
