Hi guys,

Just a quicky... whats the most amount of power/torque you can run thru a Newage Blob JDM engine on standard internals?

Many factors that affect it really, but when I was looking to up the power, I went on: 400 = Safe, 450 = Safe if you look after it, 500= Pushing it a bit far.

I went for 450 in the end, don`t think much more would be useable on the road tbh. Lag is there but really not bad, comparable to an unmapped uk STi. I am am picky about maintanance which helps, and its only done 30K ish.

After much deliberation, I ended up with a Lateral MDX321TTS, Billet twin scroll job. Barley pushed, it made 448 @ 1,4bar. More to give, especialy on meth, but I`m happy with that and don`t wanna push the car any further.
