ok people i have a my95 wrx turbo.
it has a sti bottom end crank, piston, rods and type r heads,
new injectors standard but new,simtek ecu,fmic,stainless headers,uppipe.
and few other mods but the turbo currently on is a vf35 turbo but was only mapped to 300bhp im looking for 350+ so which turbo is better a td05-18g or td05 20g also which would be best for not being as laggy as i live in milton keynes and its all round about so want it as laggy as possible,
i will be having anti lag fitted once the new turbo is on aswell..

Depends on your requirements. So many turbos out there. 18g is a good one. Best speak to Harvey and andy f, about these.
I have a vf24 which is running 344 with a bit of head room, and just as quick spool as my td04 hybrid.
Good luck with your quest.

yea i hear that the anti lag drinks fuel but owning 2 subarus fuel is a killer anyway,
i was happy with the 300bhp but was out today and a old bmw m3 was stuck to my back bumper and i could pull away so time for a bigger turbo,so would a 18g turbo be ok with 350bhp or would i be better with a 20g

Which STI bottom end does your car have as there is quite a difference between the classic and new age engines.
Also, you need to see what supporting mods you will need, or what parts will break with the excess power, ie clutch and gearbox.

Scoobyclinic SC38 is hard to beat for my money.
An 18G but with a Billet compressor wheel and faster spool than the stock ones.
