Top smaller hose to compressor cover, side to actuator bottom is vent back into intake.
Its not a stepper motor.
Assuming from your brief post you also have a rev limit at 4k. Commonly cause by no speedo

in no wher tha run off the three ports thers a sensor next to it with a hose line running above it to a cilinder im not to shore i was told it was a stepper???? the code is reading 45 pressur sensor
