Default 2.5 STi gear/diff oil quantity

Hi peeps,as above.What's best fluids to use,and how much do i need for both? Thanks in advance

To drain diff oil using a I/2" drive socket unslacken the top plug and remove bottom plug drain out , to fill after a good drain out refit bottom plug and pump in new oil till it comes out of the top plug hole where you have filled from then refit plug job done

Keep pumping till it comes out in a steady flow about 4 litres il let you know the stuff I use in my track car tommorow mate
