what is the safe amount of boost that can be run before remap??
asking as i would like to run slightly more boost up to 1 bar.car running 0.7 now and has walbro,exhaust,induction and have afr gauge to keep eye on mixture.as i understand the boost cut is at nearly 1.1bar so running under that should be ok.

ive just had a full rebuild on my grp n so the boost solonoid has been disabled until re-mapping to be on the safe side

i think that makes it run at actuator pressure which is about 0.5-0.6.i have a boost controller that i am going to fit to be able to raise boost slightly.i have a z4 ecu fitted which is meant to run 0.9 but doesnt so looking to get a fraction more than that is meant to run safely.just getting itchy feet as getting bits together for 2.1 stroker from enginetuner.
